چکیده
This article presents the analytical modeling of synchronous class E rectifiers with load-independent operation, which achieves zero-phase-angle input impedance, soft-switching over entire load range a constant voltage gain. The optimal design rectifier is proposed to realize both zero-voltage-switching turn-ON and zero-current-switching turn-OFF at expected output power. An LCC-S compensated MHz-WPT topology, comprises push-pull inverter achieve fully nearly gain range. efficiency improvement compensation network also investigated provide methodology for topology. A 6.78-MHz WPT prototype, along an alternative phase detector using auxiliary coil detection, built validate model methodology. system reaches 86.7% 214-W output. maintains range, rectification 94.6%.
